A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to serve pre-school age students within an elementary school setting. This contracted position spans multiple locations between Cabot and Jacksonville, Arkansas, providing diverse experiences across five school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in pre-school aged children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the schools special education programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP credential.
- Experience working within school settings, preferably with pre-school age groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations and demonstrate flexibility.
- Commitment to supporting student growth and inclusive educational practices.
Location: Positions available in multiple elementary school locations between Cabot and Jacksonville, AR.
Contract Details: Full-time, contracted through the academic school year.
